These Terms and Conditions apply to the Lisbon Clicks website, photography sessions, photography workshops, gift cards, digital downloads, gallery upgrades, and any physical products offered through our online galleries.
By visiting this website, making a booking, purchasing a gift card, ordering digital files, purchasing prints or products, or using any Lisbon Clicks service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Lisbon Clicks is operated by ECCENTRIC VIBE – UNIPESSOAL LDA, registered in Portugal. Discover Portugal is also operated by ECCENTRIC VIBE – UNIPESSOAL LDA, which is why you may see both brand names in some places.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Disclaimer.

2. Website use
The content on this website is provided for general information about Lisbon Clicks services. I do my best to keep information accurate and up to date, but details such as prices, availability, packages, locations and services may change.
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to attempt to interfere with the website, submit malicious content, copy website content without permission, or use the website in a way that could harm Lisbon Clicks, ECCENTRIC VIBE – UNIPESSOAL LDA, or other users.
3. Intellectual property
All website content, including text, photographs, branding, graphics, page layouts, service descriptions and other materials, is owned by Lisbon Clicks, Discover Portugal or ECCENTRIC VIBE – UNIPESSOAL LDA, unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, distribute, edit, claim as your own, or use any content from this website or from private galleries without prior written permission.
Clients may download and use their purchased or delivered images according to the licence described in these Terms.
4. Bookings and confirmation
Photography sessions and workshops are subject to availability.
A booking is only confirmed once it has been accepted by Lisbon Clicks and any required payment or payment arrangement has been completed.
For manually approved bookings, submitting a booking request does not automatically confirm the session. Lisbon Clicks may review the date, location, timing, weather, logistics, travel requirements, and suitability of the request before approving or declining the booking.
Lisbon Clicks reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking if the requested date, location, timing, group size, access, safety, travel requirements or other details are not suitable.
5. Payment
Payment options may include full online payment at the time of booking, cash payment on the day, or IBAN bank transfer for EU clients.
Cash payment is only available when agreed in advance. If cash payment is agreed, the full amount must be paid at the start of the session.
IBAN bank transfer is available for EU clients only and must be completed before the session unless otherwise agreed.
Some sessions, such as proposals, custom locations, extended sessions, workshops, gift cards, or sessions requiring extra planning, may require payment in advance.
If a payment fails, is reversed, or is not completed on time, Lisbon Clicks may withhold confirmation, delay image delivery, cancel the booking, or withhold products until payment has been received in full.
6. Prices and what is included
The price, session length, number of included images, location area and any extras are stated in the relevant service description at the time of booking.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, prices do not include transport for the client, entrance tickets, permits, parking, refreshments, meals, flowers, champagne, props, special styling, rented spaces, or other third-party costs.
Locations outside central Lisbon may require additional travel fees or custom pricing.
7. Statutory withdrawal rights
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, consumers may exercise that right within 14 days of booking.
However, this right may not apply to photography sessions, workshops, photo walks, proposal sessions, or other services booked for a specific date or period, where an exception under applicable consumer law applies.
For digital downloads, additional image purchases and gallery upgrades, the right of withdrawal may be lost once access to the digital files has begun, where permitted by applicable law and where the client has agreed to immediate access or delivery.
Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory consumer rights that apply under Portuguese or EU law.
8. Cancellation and rescheduling by the client
In addition to any statutory rights that may apply, Lisbon Clicks offers the following cancellation and rescheduling policy.
You may cancel or request to reschedule your session up to 7 days before the agreed session date.
If you cancel at least 7 days before the session, you may be eligible for a refund of the session fee, excluding any non-refundable costs already incurred, such as payment fees, tickets, permits, flowers, champagne, taxis, special travel costs, rented spaces, or other agreed expenses.
If you request to reschedule at least 7 days before the session, Lisbon Clicks will do its best to offer a new date, subject to availability. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and may only be possible once.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the session are not automatically refundable or transferable. Lisbon Clicks may review exceptional situations case by case, but is not required to offer a refund or new date.
No-shows are non-refundable.
9. Weather policy
If the weather is unsuitable for the session, such as heavy rain, unsafe conditions, or weather that would seriously affect the experience, Lisbon Clicks will first try to reschedule the session.
If rescheduling is not possible during your stay, Lisbon Clicks may offer a refund of the session fee.
Any non-refundable costs already incurred, such as tickets, permits, flowers, champagne, taxis, special travel costs, rented spaces, or other agreed expenses, may be deducted from the refund.
Light rain, clouds, wind, heat, crowds or changing weather do not automatically mean the session will be cancelled. Lisbon Clicks will make the final decision based on safety, practicality and the type of session booked.
10. Cancellation or changes by Lisbon Clicks
Lisbon Clicks may need to cancel, postpone, shorten, adapt, or change a session due to illness, emergency, unsafe weather, transport disruption, access issues, public events, strikes, road closures, location restrictions, force majeure, or other circumstances outside reasonable control.
If Lisbon Clicks has to cancel and no suitable alternative can be arranged, a refund of the session fee will be offered, excluding any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred.
Lisbon Clicks is not responsible for additional costs such as travel, accommodation, transport, parking, clothing, hair and makeup, or any other expenses booked by the client.
11. Late arrivals
Please arrive on time for your session. Your session begins at the agreed start time, not when you arrive.
If you are late, the session may be shortened and will still end at the scheduled time. This is especially important because natural light, location access, crowds, weather and other bookings may affect the session schedule.
If you are more than 20 minutes late for a 30-minute session, or more than 30 minutes late for any other session, Lisbon Clicks may treat the booking as a no-show and no refund will be issued, unless otherwise agreed.
12. Locations, routes and access
Session locations and routes may be adjusted based on weather, crowds, closures, mobility, safety, events, lighting, timing, public access, or other practical considerations.
Lisbon has hills, stairs, cobblestones, uneven pavements and busy streets. Clients are responsible for choosing suitable footwear and informing Lisbon Clicks in advance about mobility concerns, pregnancy, injuries, elderly guests, young children, accessibility needs, or any other relevant limitations.
Some locations may require entrance tickets, permits, transport, parking, special permission, or additional fees. These are not included unless clearly stated.
Shoots inside certain locations, including some Parques de Sintra locations, may require additional permit or logistics fees. Some locations may not allow commercial photography. If a requested location is not possible, Lisbon Clicks will suggest alternatives where possible.
13. Proposals and special arrangements
For proposal sessions, Lisbon Clicks will help with reasonable planning support, including location ideas, timing, meeting details and discreet positioning.
Optional extras such as flowers, champagne, non-alcoholic sparkling wine, props, taxis, tickets, permits or third-party services are only available where possible and must be agreed in advance.
Any third-party extras purchased for a proposal or session may be non-refundable once arranged, ordered or paid for.
Lisbon Clicks cannot guarantee that a public location will be empty, private, quiet, free from people, or available exactly as planned.
14. Groups, children and client responsibility
Clients are responsible for their own safety, belongings, clothing, valuables and personal items during the session.
Children must be supervised by a parent, guardian or responsible adult at all times.
For group sessions, the person making the booking is responsible for sharing relevant details with the group, including the meeting point, timing, clothing guidance, mobility notes and these Terms.
For groups larger than the stated package size, a custom enquiry may be required before booking.
15. Photography workshops and photo walks
Photography workshops and photo walks are relaxed, beginner-friendly learning experiences. They may include guidance on camera settings, smartphone photography, composition, light, creative techniques, editing tips and practical travel photography.
Workshop content may be adapted to the client’s level, equipment, questions, interests, pace and location.
Clients are responsible for bringing their own camera, smartphone, lenses, memory cards, batteries, chargers, comfortable shoes and any other equipment they want to use.
Lisbon Clicks does not guarantee a specific technical result, skill level, portfolio outcome, social media result, business result or creative achievement from a workshop.
Workshop routes may be adapted due to weather, crowds, closures, safety, mobility or timing.
16. Image delivery and selection
Most galleries are delivered within 2 days, although delivery may take up to 7 days during busy periods.
The number of included images depends on the booked session type:
- 30-minute session: 20 images
- 60-minute session: 40 images
- 90-minute session: 60 images
- Group session: 60 images
- 4-hour extended session: 125 images
- 6-hour session: custom or agreed in advance
After your session, you will receive access to a private online gallery with a larger selection of edited images. These images are prepared in the Lisbon Clicks editing style and are ready for selection and purchase.
You can choose the number of final images included in your package. Additional images or a full gallery upgrade may be available for purchase after delivery.
Image delivery timelines may vary for larger sessions, workshops, custom projects, commercial sessions, busy periods, illness, technical issues, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
17. Editing style and retouching
All images are edited in the Lisbon Clicks style, which is natural, warm, relaxed and light-filled.
Minor editing is included. Extensive retouching is not included.
Lisbon Clicks does not offer heavy Photoshop work, body modification, face or body reshaping, background swaps, major object removal, artificial sky replacement, extensive skin retouching, or edits that significantly change the natural look of the image.
Specific editing requests must be discussed before delivery. Lisbon Clicks is not required to re-edit images in a different style after delivery.
18. RAW and unedited files
RAW files and unedited images are not included and are not supplied.
19. Image licence for clients
Clients receive a personal use licence for delivered images.
Personal use includes downloading, printing for personal use, sharing with family and friends, and posting on personal social media accounts.
Clients may not sell the images, submit them to brands, use them in paid advertising, use them for business promotion, use them on a business website, license them to third parties, enter them into commercial campaigns, or use them for commercial purposes unless this has been agreed in writing in advance.
For brand photography, influencer work, sponsored content, business use, websites, press, advertising or commercial projects, a separate commercial agreement or licence may be required.
20. Copyright
Lisbon Clicks retains copyright and ownership of all photographs taken during the session, including delivered images, gallery images and unpublished images.
Purchasing a session, gallery upgrade, digital download, print or product does not transfer copyright to the client.
Clients may not edit, apply filters, heavily alter, resell, redistribute, claim authorship of, or commercially license Lisbon Clicks images without permission.
21. Client image sharing and portfolio use
Lisbon Clicks may ask for permission to use selected images for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, advertising, printed materials, blog posts, proposals, educational content or other promotional purposes.
Permission may be given through a booking form, questionnaire, message, email, verbal agreement or other clear communication.
Lisbon Clicks will not knowingly share images where the client has clearly asked for them to remain private.
If you do not want your images used publicly, please tell Lisbon Clicks before or at the time of booking. You may also request removal later. Lisbon Clicks will make reasonable efforts to remove images from owned online channels where possible, but cannot control images that have already been printed, shared by third parties, saved, reposted, indexed, archived or otherwise distributed outside Lisbon Clicks’ control.
Extra care will be taken with proposal, family and child-related images.
22. Private galleries
Images are delivered through a private online gallery.
Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their purchased or delivered images within the gallery availability period.
Lisbon Clicks is not responsible for storing galleries indefinitely. Gallery availability, download deadlines and archive options may vary.
If a gallery has expired or been archived, a reactivation fee may apply if restoration is possible.
23. Digital downloads, additional images and full gallery upgrades
Digital downloads, additional image purchases and full gallery upgrades are delivered electronically through the private online gallery.
Because these products provide access to digital image files, purchases are final once the files have been delivered, downloaded or accessed, unless required otherwise by applicable consumer law.
By purchasing digital downloads, additional images or a full gallery upgrade for immediate access, you agree to the delivery of digital content and acknowledge that any withdrawal right may be lost once delivery or access begins, where permitted by applicable law.
Digital image files are for personal use only, unless commercial use has been agreed in writing in advance.
24. Prints, products and third-party fulfilment
Prints, albums, wall art and other physical products may be offered through the private online gallery.
These products may be produced and fulfilled by third-party print labs, suppliers or fulfilment partners.
Lisbon Clicks is not responsible for production delays, postal delays, courier issues, customs charges, import duties, incorrect delivery details provided by the client, or minor colour differences between screens and printed products.
If a product arrives damaged, defective or significantly different from what was ordered, the client must contact Lisbon Clicks as soon as possible with photos and order details, so the issue can be reviewed with the relevant supplier or fulfilment partner.
Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory consumer rights that may apply.
25. Gift cards
Gift cards may be purchased for Lisbon Clicks photography sessions or workshops.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise at the time of sale.
The booking must be made before the gift card expiry date. The session date may take place after the expiry date, subject to availability and agreement by Lisbon Clicks.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be refunded once purchased, except where required by applicable consumer law.
Gift cards may be transferred to another person.
If the chosen session costs more than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance must be paid before the booking is confirmed.
If the chosen session costs less than the value of the gift card, no cash refund will be issued for the remaining balance.
Bookings using a gift card are subject to availability and to the standard cancellation, rescheduling, weather and late arrival policies in these Terms.
Lost, deleted, expired or unused gift cards may not be replaced or refunded.
26. Third-party platforms, payment processors and gallery providers
Lisbon Clicks may use third-party platforms for bookings, payments, galleries, questionnaires, communication, printing, delivery, analytics or website functionality.
These third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, payment rules, processing times and technical limitations.
Lisbon Clicks is not responsible for technical issues, outages, delays, payment processing errors, delivery issues, privacy practices or policies of third-party providers outside its reasonable control.
27. Client information and privacy
Clients must provide accurate contact, booking, payment, location and delivery information.
Lisbon Clicks is not responsible for missed emails, incorrect gallery delivery, delayed communication, failed print delivery or other issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
Personal data is handled according to the Lisbon Clicks Privacy Policy.
28. Refusal of service
Lisbon Clicks reserves the right to refuse, cancel or stop a booking or session if a client behaves in a way that is unsafe, disrespectful, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, inappropriate, unlawful, or in breach of these Terms.
No refund will be issued if a session is ended due to serious client misconduct.
29. Limitation of liability
Lisbon Clicks will take reasonable care when providing photography services, workshops, galleries, digital files and related products.
However, Lisbon Clicks is not responsible for circumstances outside reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, public crowds, closures, strikes, transport delays, illness, accidents, technical failures, lost items, damaged client equipment, third-party supplier issues, printing delays, website outages, gallery platform issues, payment provider issues or force majeure events.
Clients are responsible for their own safety, belongings, travel arrangements, clothing choices, timing and personal decisions before, during and after the session.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lisbon Clicks will not be liable for indirect losses, loss of enjoyment, loss of opportunity, travel costs, accommodation costs, business losses, emotional distress, or other consequential losses.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.
30. Complaints
If something goes wrong, please contact Lisbon Clicks first, so there is an opportunity to review and resolve the issue.

31. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal.
If a dispute arises, the parties agree to first try to resolve the matter directly and in good faith.
Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer rights or legal remedies that may apply.
32. Changes to these Terms
Lisbon Clicks may update these Terms from time to time.
The version published on the website at the time of booking or purchase will normally apply to that booking or purchase, unless a change is required by law or by a platform provider.
33. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply as far as permitted by law.
