This may include your name, email address, phone number, booking details, questionnaire answers, gallery activity, order details, downloads and payment status.


7. Payments


Lisbon Clicks may accept payment through Stripe, PayPal, IBAN bank transfer for EU clients, or cash where agreed in advance.


When you pay online, payment information is processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal. Lisbon Clicks does not store your full card details.


For IBAN transfers, we may process your name, payment reference, bank transfer details and payment confirmation where necessary to manage the booking and keep accounting records.


For cash payments, we still keep booking, invoice, receipt or accounting records.


8. WhatsApp, email and other communication


If you communicate with Lisbon Clicks through WhatsApp, email, contact forms or social media, the information you send may be processed by the relevant platform as well as by Lisbon Clicks.


Please avoid sending sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your booking or session.


WhatsApp may be used for practical session communication, such as confirming meeting points, sharing timing updates, proposal details, location plans or last-minute changes.

Lisbon Clicks does not currently operate a general newsletter.


In the future, Lisbon Clicks may offer a newsletter, email updates, gallery campaigns, print sale emails or special offers using tools such as Pixieset or MailerLite.


If this is introduced, you will only be added where there is a valid legal basis, such as your consent or another basis permitted by applicable law. You will be able to unsubscribe from marketing emails.

The Lisbon Clicks blog is not currently active.

If you do not want your images used publicly, please tell Lisbon Clicks before or at the time of booking.


Lisbon Clicks will not knowingly share images where you have clearly asked for them to remain private.

Lisbon Clicks will make reasonable efforts to remove images from owned online channels where possible, but cannot control images that have already been printed, shared by third parties, saved, reposted, indexed, archived or otherwise distributed outside Lisbon Clicks’ control.


Extra care will be taken with proposal, family and child-related images.


15. Children


Lisbon Clicks may photograph children as part of family sessions, group sessions, proposals or other bookings.


The person making the booking confirms that they have the authority to provide relevant information about children included in the session and, where applicable, to give permission for children to be photographed.


Children must be supervised by a parent, guardian or responsible adult at all times during a session.


Images of children will not knowingly be used publicly if the parent or guardian has asked Lisbon Clicks not to share them.


16. Storage and retention


Lisbon Clicks stores client information and images using trusted business tools, including Pixieset, external hard drives and Google Drive.


Private galleries are generally available through Pixieset for up to 1 year after the shoot date, unless stated otherwise. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their purchased or delivered images during that time.


Lisbon Clicks may keep image archives for longer where possible, including on external hard drives or cloud storage. However, long-term storage cannot be guaranteed due to risks such as technical failure, data loss, water damage, theft or other unexpected events.


Booking, payment, invoice and accounting records may be kept for as long as required by Portuguese law.


Enquiry and communication records may be kept for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, manage the service, maintain business records, resolve issues or protect legal rights.


Portfolio images may be kept and used for as long as permission remains valid, unless removal is requested and removal is reasonably possible.


17. Data sharing and third-party service providers


Lisbon Clicks may share or process personal data through trusted third-party service providers where necessary to operate the business and provide services.
